This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is published by pk24 ("pk24", "we", "us", "our") and governs the collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data in connection with your access to and use of the pk24 website at https://pk24.cam and all associated pages, features and content (collectively, the "Platform").

pk24 is an English-language online gaming information and navigation platform designed for users in Pakistan. pk24 collects only the Personal Data necessary to operate this informational platform effectively and to respond to user enquiries. The categories of data we collect are as follows:

pk24 processes Personal Data only for the following specified, legitimate purposes:

• Platform Operation and Delivery: To serve web pages, maintain session continuity, and ensure the Platform functions correctly for all users, including those accessing from cities across Pakistan such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar;
• Analytics and Performance Improvement: To understand how users navigate the Platform, which content is most accessed, and where improvements to usability or content structure should be made. All analytics processing uses aggregated or pseudonymised data where possible;
• Responding to Enquiries: To respond to messages submitted through our support contact channel, to resolve technical issues raised by users, and to maintain records of those interactions for quality and accountability purposes;
• Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate and prevent unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, scraping, abuse or other malicious conduct directed at the Platform;
• Legal Compliance: To comply with any legal or regulatory obligation applicable to pk24's operations, including responding to lawful requests from competent authorities;
• Platform Improvement: To test and refine features, correct errors, assess content performance and make editorial decisions about the informational content of the Platform.

pk24 does not use Personal Data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on Users. We do not use Personal Data to serve targeted gambling advertisements or to create individual gambling risk profiles.

pk24 processes Personal Data on the following legal bases, which vary depending on the processing activity:

• Legitimate Interests: Processing of device and technical data for platform operation, security, analytics and fraud prevention is conducted on the basis of pk24's legitimate interests in maintaining a secure, functional and well-performing informational website. These interests are balanced against users' reasonable privacy expectations and do not override fundamental privacy rights;
• Consent: Where cookies beyond those strictly necessary for platform operation are placed on a user's device, this is done on the basis of the user's consent as expressed through their browser settings or a cookie consent mechanism where implemented. pk24 does not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data. We share Personal Data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers (Data Processors): We engage carefully selected third-party service providers to support platform operations — including web hosting, content delivery, analytics and email infrastructure providers. These providers act as Data Processors under binding agreements and are permitted to use Personal Data only as directed by pk24 and in accordance with this Policy;
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose Personal Data if required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory directive or to comply with a lawful request from a competent authority. We will, where legally permissible, endeavour to notify affected Users of such a disclosure;
• Business Continuity: In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of pk24's assets, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users will be notified of any change in data controller identity in advance of any such transfer where practicable;
• Protection of Rights: We may disclose Personal Data where necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of pk24, its users or the public, including in connection with fraud prevention or security investigations.

In complex or high-volume cases, this period may be extended by a further 60 days, in which case you will be notified of the extension and its reasons.

We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. If we are unable to verify your identity to a sufficient standard, we reserve the right to decline the request.

pk24 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform and understand how it is used. The categories of cookies we use are as follows:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies: These cookies are essential for the Platform to function correctly. They maintain session state, enable navigation between pages and ensure basic security features operate as intended. These cookies cannot be disabled through our systems; however, you may configure your browser to reject them, which may affect Platform functionality;
• Analytics Cookies: We use anonymised or pseudonymised analytics data to understand user behaviour on the Platform — including which pages are most visited, average session duration, browser and device distribution, and navigation flow. This helps us improve the structure and content of pk24. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual users;
• Preference Cookies: Where users make selections that should be remembered across sessions — such as language or display preferences — preference cookies store those settings locally.

We do not use cookies to build individual gambling profiles, track users across third-party gambling platforms, or serve targeted gambling advertisements. You may control cookie settings through your browser preferences at any time. Most modern browsers allow you to view, delete and block cookies on a site-by-site basis.

pk24 retains Personal Data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The general retention principles we apply are as follows:

• Technical and Device Data (server logs): Retained for up to 12 months from collection, after which logs are deleted or anonymised;
• Analytics Data: Aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely in anonymised form. Event-level data linked to session identifiers is retained for up to 26 months;
• Contact Enquiry Data: Correspondence submitted to pk24 support is retained for up to 36 months from the date of the last interaction, to allow us to reference prior communications in the event of related follow-up queries;
• Cookie Data: Session cookies expire at the end of the browser session. Persistent analytics cookies expire in accordance with the cookie's own expiry settings, typically between 13 and 26 months;
• Legal Compliance Records: Data retained to satisfy a specific legal obligation is held for the duration required by that obligation and securely deleted upon expiry.

When Personal Data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised using industry-standard procedures. Anonymised data that can no longer identify a specific individual is not subject to this Policy's retention constraints and may be retained for research and platform improvement purposes.

pk24 implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Measures in place include:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transferred between your browser and the pk24 Platform is protected using TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption via HTTPS. • Incident Response: We maintain procedures for detecting, investigating and responding to suspected personal data breaches, including notification obligations where required by applicable law.

No security system is completely infallible. While we take appropriate and proportionate steps to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties will never be able to circumvent security measures. In the event of a security incident affecting your Personal Data, we will notify you in accordance with our legal obligations.

pk24 may use third-party service providers — including web hosting, analytics and email infrastructure providers — whose servers are located in jurisdictions outside Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred to or processed in another country, we take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to maintain the protection of that data to a standard at least equivalent to the standard applied in the country where the data was collected.

Such safeguards may include contractual data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual clauses, ensuring that service providers are located in jurisdictions with adequate data protection frameworks, or relying on the legitimate interests of maintaining a secure and functional global information platform.

pk24 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Platform is not directed at, and is not intended to be used by, any person under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age applicable in the relevant jurisdiction or required by any gambling operator whose services are described on this Platform.

pk24 does not knowingly collect, solicit or retain Personal Data from any person under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected Personal Data from a minor, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our systems. pk24 is designed primarily for users located in Pakistan. We recognise that Pakistan has its own legal and regulatory framework governing data protection, privacy and gambling activity. The following specific notices are relevant for Pakistani users:

• No Pakistani Regulatory Authorisation: pk24 does not hold any data protection registration, gambling licence or operational approval issued by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, provincial authorities or any other Pakistani regulatory body. The presence of a reference to an operator on pk24 does not constitute an endorsement of that operator's data practices or a warranty that those practices are adequate or compliant with applicable law.

pk24 reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the nature of the Platform. When material changes are made to this Policy, the "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
